ETHERIE LIFETIME PROMISE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SCOPE OF COVERAGE

The Etherie Lifetime Promise applies only to Etherie scrunchies.

The Etherie Lifetime Promise does not apply to twillies or any other products unless expressly stated otherwise.

ELIGIBILITY

The Etherie Lifetime Promise applies only to products purchased directly from Etherie and requires valid proof of purchase.

The Promise may be claimed by the original purchaser or a recipient who received the item as a gift.

GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY

The Etherie Lifetime Promise is available to customers with a valid mailing address in the Asia-Pacific region.

Approved replacement items will be shipped only to addresses within the Asia-Pacific region serviced by Etherie at the time a claim is approved.

WHAT'S COVERED

The Etherie Lifetime Promise covers:
  • Failure of the internal elastic
  • Separation of stitching or seams
  • Colour bleeding or colour transfer despite normal use and care

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

The Etherie Lifetime Promise does not cover:
  • Intentional damage, modification or misuse of the item
  • Damage resulting from accidents, improper care or external factors
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Minor cosmetic changes that occur through normal use, including creasing and fabric pilling
  • Staining caused by cosmetics, hair products, dyes, chemicals or other external substances

REPLACEMENT ENTITLEMENT

Each eligible Etherie scrunchie is entitled to one approved replacement claim under the Etherie Lifetime Promise.

As Etherie collections are produced in limited quantities, the original design may not be available. Approved claims will be replaced with a scrunchie of similar value from Etherie's available collection.

CLAIMS PROCESS

To submit a claim, customers must email hello@etherie.sg with proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs showing the issue.

Etherie may request additional information or require the item to be returned for assessment.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item to Etherie for assessment.

If a claim is approved, Etherie will provide a replacement item. Etherie will cover replacement shipping within Singapore. Customers are responsible for replacement shipping costs outside Singapore.

If a claim is not approved, the item will only be returned upon request and at the customer's expense.

GENERAL

Etherie reserves the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility under the Etherie Lifetime Promise.

Etherie reserves the right to decline claims where the cause of damage cannot be reasonably determined.

Etherie reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Etherie Lifetime Promise at any time. Any approved claims submitted prior to such changes will not be affected.
