ETHERIE LIFETIME PROMISE

SCOPE OF COVERAGE

The Etherie Lifetime Promise applies only to eligible Etherie scrunchies for which the Lifetime Promise was included or purchased with the product.

For scrunchies sold as a set, trio, bundle or other multi-piece product, where the Lifetime Promise applies to the product, each scrunchie within the product is covered individually under the Promise.

The Etherie Lifetime Promise does not apply to twillies or any other products unless expressly stated otherwise.

ELIGIBILITY

The Etherie Lifetime Promise applies only to eligible products purchased directly from Etherie. Valid proof of purchase sufficient for Etherie to verify Lifetime Promise coverage is required for a claim.

Eligible scrunchies purchased before 28 September 2026, when the Etherie Lifetime Promise was included as standard, will continue to be covered under the Promise.

For purchases made on or after 28 September 2026, the Lifetime Promise applies only where it was purchased together with the eligible product and cannot be added retrospectively after purchase.

The Promise may be claimed by the original purchaser or a recipient who received the item as a gift.

GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY

The Etherie Lifetime Promise is available to customers with a valid mailing address in the Asia-Pacific region.

Approved replacement items will be shipped only to addresses within the Asia-Pacific region serviced by Etherie at the time a claim is approved.

WHAT'S COVERED

The Etherie Lifetime Promise covers:

• Failure of the internal elastic

• Separation of stitching or seams

• Colour bleeding or colour transfer despite normal use and care

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

The Etherie Lifetime Promise does not cover:

• Intentional damage, modification or misuse of the item
• Damage resulting from accidents, improper care or external factors
• Lost or stolen items
• Minor cosmetic changes that occur through normal use, including creasing and fabric pilling
• Staining caused by cosmetics, hair products, dyes, chemicals or other external substances
• Products for which the Etherie Lifetime Promise was not included or purchased at the time of purchase

REPLACEMENT ENTITLEMENT

Each scrunchie covered by the Etherie Lifetime Promise is entitled to one replacement following an approved claim.

Where a scrunchie was purchased as part of a set, trio, bundle or other multi-piece product, only the affected scrunchie will be replaced. The remaining pieces in the set will not be replaced unless they each independently qualify for an approved claim.

The replacement of one scrunchie does not affect the eligibility of the remaining scrunchies in the original set.

As Etherie collections are produced in limited quantities, the original colour or design may no longer be available. Approved claims will be replaced with one scrunchie of comparable size, material and value from Etherie’s available collection. The replacement may not match the remaining pieces in the original set.

The replacement provided fulfils the one replacement entitlement for the affected scrunchie and does not carry a new replacement entitlement.

CLAIMS PROCESS

To submit a claim, customers must email hello@etherie.sg with proof of purchase sufficient for Etherie to verify Lifetime Promise coverage, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs showing the affected scrunchie.

Etherie may request additional information or require the affected scrunchie to be returned for assessment. For products purchased as a set, customers are not required to return the remaining scrunchies unless expressly requested by Etherie.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the affected scrunchie to Etherie for assessment.

If a claim is approved, Etherie will provide a replacement scrunchie. Etherie will cover replacement shipping within Singapore. Customers are responsible for replacement shipping costs outside Singapore.

If a claim is not approved, the affected scrunchie will only be returned upon request and at the customer's expense.

GENERAL

Etherie reserves the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility under the Etherie Lifetime Promise.

Etherie reserves the right to decline claims where the cause of damage cannot be reasonably determined.

Etherie reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Etherie Lifetime Promise at any time. Any such change will not reduce Lifetime Promise coverage already attached to an eligible purchase before the change takes effect, provided Etherie remains in operation.

The Etherie Lifetime Promise is an additional benefit and does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
