About Our Silk

Our silk is sourced from Hangzhou, China, renowned for producing some of the world's finest mulberry silk.

100% mulberry silk, sourced from Hangzhou.

All Etherie designs are created exclusively for the brand in Singapore. Each collection begins with a theme and is brought to life through designs that are unique to Etherie.

Every Etherie collection features designs created exclusively for Etherie and cannot be found anywhere else.

As our pieces are produced in small batches, restocks are rare. Occasionally, a design may return, though availability is never guaranteed.

Care

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep away from jewellery or accessories that may catch the fabric.

Etherie Lifetime Promise

The Etherie Lifetime Promise is our commitment to creating scrunchies that are made to be enjoyed for years to come. If your scrunchie experiences issues such as elastic failure, stitching separation or unexpected colour fading despite normal use and care, we will provide a replacement from our available collection. Terms apply.

Orders & Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details once shipped.

Singapore
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of SGD5 per order. Complimentary shipping is available on orders above SGD60. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

International
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of SGD30 per order. Prices are automatically converted to your local currency at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

We ship across Asia-Pacific.

Destinations include Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@etherie.sg or through Instagram at @etheriesg.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives with a manufacturing defect. Please note that slight variations in colour and pattern placement may occur due to screen display differences. This is not considered a defect.

If you receive a piece with a genuine manufacturing issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo at hello@etherie.sg for review.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and free of damage. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
