Caring for your silk

Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep away from jewellery or accessories that may catch the fabric.

Where is our silk from?

Our silk is sourced from Hangzhou, China, renowned for producing some of the world's finest mulberry silk.

What is our silk made of?

100% mulberry silk, sourced from Hangzhou.

Where are our designs from?

All designs are original artworks created in Singapore, exclusively for Etherie. No two collections share the same artwork.

Are our designs original?

Every Etherie design is an original artwork created exclusively for the brand.

Do you restock?

As our pieces are produced in small batches, restocks are rare. Occasionally, a design may return, though availability is never guaranteed.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details once shipped.

Shipping costs

Complimentary shipping on all orders within Singapore.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is confirmed.

Returns

What is our return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives with a manufacturing defect. Please note that slight variations in colour and pattern placement may occur due to screen display differences. This is not considered a defect. If you receive a piece with a genuine manufacturing issue, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with a photo at hello@etherie.sg and we will make it right.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and free of damage. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.
